'Nabucco' is the common name of Nabucodonosor, one of the greatest operas by the Italian composer Giuseppe Verdi, a milestone of classical music first performed in Milan at La Scala theatre in 1842. To celebrate the deep link of this opera with the history of the city, the wallcovering reproducing Giorgio Armani’s favourite pattern - the streaked texture of onyx slabs - was named after it. Nabucco is also the wallcovering that Mr Armani chose for the decoration of his boutiques around the world. Nabucco is available in two versions, one developed vertically and another one developed horizontally; both versions can be enriched by the addition of a metal profile on the joints.
